About Us

The Center for Food Marketing meets the growing needs of our national and international clients throughout the food supply chain by:

  • Designing customized and flexible professional development curriculum to achieve our clients’ specific learning and business objectives, needs, timeframe and budget. Educational formats include classroom, seminars, workshops, study tours, video-conferencing and online. Programs can be conducted on- or off-campus.
  • Designing, executing and consulting on customized research.
  • Providing our clients the knowledge and ability of our distinguished full time and adjunct faculty, our relationships with a vast array of companies and organizations throughout the entire food system, and our extensive university resources.
